Ingredients
- 1 2 3 4 HTML3_ 5 HTML3_ 1 to 1.5 cups Hummus (between 10 and 15 ounces).
- 1/2 cup chopped English cucumber
- 1 cup minced red onion
- Half a cup cherry tomatoes. Quartered
- Half a cup can artichoke hearts chopped
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, chopped
- Crumbled Feta cheese
- 1 bunch fresh parsley, dill chopped

Instructions
- As noted, prepare the vegetables.
- Place the hummus onto a large platter, plate or bowl. Add the tomatoes, cucumbers, artichokes and olives. Top it with feta cheese and chopped herbs. If desired, drizzle olive oil over the top. Serve with pita chips. Keep leftovers in the fridge for three days.
